Excellent in selling late mums house. No hard sell when getting the valuation, just an honest approach which convinced me to appoint Home EA. Staff always accessible for updates / queries by phone or email. Accompanied viewings and some arranged later in the day to suit viewer, they always updated me, I felt reassured knowing their own staff accompanied the viewings and would leave everywhere secure. Good negotiation skills on the sale and kept me informed. Plus they are all a nice friendly group, wanting to get the sale through just like me. Very pleased with Home EA.

We used Home Estate Agents more than any other estate agent when looking for our new home last year.Communication was always spot on, and it was an easy process to book viewings compared to other agents that we used. Always friendly when we phoned to enquire about properties and the same again when we viewed properties with them.Although the agent we eventually bought with wasn't Home Estate Agents, we would definitely not hesitate in using them again and would recommend to friends and family.
