Today see’s the launch of the Governments new Help to Buy Scheme, originally due to be introduced in January, it has been brought forward to today due to high demand.
The Help to Buy scheme makes it easier for existing home owners and first time buyers to move with as little as 5% deposit.
To qualify you must meet the following criteria:
– available on resale and new build properties in England
– available to all home movers
– the purchaser needs 5% deposit
– applies to properties up to the value of £600,000
– British citizens only
– must be buyers only property
