We bought our first home through Home Estate Agents (in Stalybridge) and they made the process as easy as possible, organising viewings were simple, communication was great, and they guided us through their respective part of the house sale with great ease. Keys were ready to collect at 10:00 on day of completion! Overall, Home Estate Agents were great and whilst as a Buyer, you don't really get much choice in estate agent, I'd recommend HEA wherever possible.

we chose Home Estate Agents to handle the sale of our late mothers home as their fixed fees were much cheaper & very competitive in comparison to other local Estate Agents. They offered a package which included a visual tour of the property, plus the property being published on all of the 'for sale' platforms as standard, whereas other competitors didn't offer this.
