I filled in the online contact form and the day after we received a call to set up an advisor coming round. What a lovely guy really friendly and explained what he was going to do. The ladies in the office that have called booking in people to view are so bright and happy. I highly recommend this estate agency.

I had a very pleasant experience of buying a property through Home Estate Agents, although it was a often a very busy period when I would be calling/emailing the team I would always get a quick response to resolve my queries from viewing the property to going into branch to collect the keys.Everyone that I spoke with from the HEA team were nice to speak to and willing to help.

My first experience of this company was very positive, I sold my house which was a difficult house to market and was sold only because of the efficient service of the staff at HOME. I used them a second time 4 years later and had the same excellant back up service. I had occassion to sell another house this year and was doubtful of the valuation but kept my faith in the HOME staff and boy did they follow through. I would never use another, would recommend them to anyone and both my daughters used them with great sucess after my recommendation.

Excellent service start to finish! We got a valuation that we were very happy with and the house was on the market very quickly. The photography was amazing and showed the house off perfectly, the floor plans accurate and measurements all accurate. The estate agent was very nice and professional and gave us lots of information. The house sold very quickly.If we had any concerns there was someone to communicate with, all of the staff are friendly and helpful and Emily who was assigned as our customer service rep was brilliant. Selling and moving a home can be very stressful and Emily was so supportive and it really made a difference. Taking into account that our house sale came just before Covid 19 even when the staff were working from home and dealing with the hardest work situation, we always got a response either on the phone, email or on the Home Estate Agent Facebook page via message.Emily and John the estate agent even helped us with finding our dream house, sadly that fell through and Emily helped us to find a rental property, they went over and above what we expected.Right to exchange and completion, Emily was messaging to let us know what was happening. Home Estate Agents has to be the best agent in Tameside! They also have a wide range of properties available on their website, we want to move out of Stalybridge and have been looking at properties in Hyde, Gee Cross and as far as Stockport and John has sent us an email when properties have come onto the market in some of these areas.Thank you to all at Home Estate Agents, your service has been amazing!!

We recently sold our house with Home Estate Agents for the asking price evidencing a great deal of effort on their part. From the start they provided a professional service and always pleasant to speak with over the phone. I cannot fault them in the slightest particularly as we had an initial sale fall through and in no time at all a further buyer was found which was amazing, as just when we thought it was all going wrong the wonderful staff at Home put it all right. I viewed a house on Sunday and the offer was presented to the vendor and successfully negotiated and agreed on the same day. The following day all the paperwork was despatched to the solicitor"s office. So far excellent and efficient service. Well done team.

5/5 stars.HOME came out on the friday and our house was sold on the following Tuesday. Even during a pandemic they were never difficult to get hold of and all of the girls that work there are lovely and cannot do enough to help especially Emily and Wendy. The cheapest around and top quality service. They made moving house that bit easier. thank you for all of your help HOME.

I want to say thanks to Wendy and the team at Home Estate agents, they sold our house above asking price 2 days after it went up for sale. Although, the sale went on for a long time (no fault of Home Estate Agents) due to a chain. Wendy was really helpful in chasing the chain and coming back to me with regular updates. From start to finish, I would recommend them to anyone!

I can recommend home to sell your property they are brilliant. Purple bricks said that our house was worth 125k, home sold it for 158k and all the staff are so helpful was even in regular contact with us during lockdown. Top class company

Cannot rate Home highly enough. Great service, supportive and so helpful. But their main USP is their honestly. I found out so many dishonest agencies around when trying to but my first home until thankfully the house i liked was with Home. Throughout the process nothing was ever too much for them. These guys were excellent! Right from the beginning, John was friendly, helpful informative and professional. His photos and 3 D walkthrough was top quality.. All of the team at Home were there to help. Nothing was too much trouble. My dealings were mainly with Kirsty, Wendy and in particular Emily, who I cannot thank enough for helping me through a difficult process. If it wasn’t for Emily’s hard work and professionalism, I would have had a different outcome for sure. These guys worked tirelessly!! They always returned my call. I today completed on the sale of my house. It's been a long and arduous journey with loads of ups and downs, disappointment and stresses. However throughout all this Home have been friendly, courteous and patient. I am an utter control freak and made many demands and questioned everything. My parents recommended Home, as they had great service, so we went with them too. I can't recommend them enough. Home Estate Agents came to us via a recommendation. To say that we are glad that we acted on it would be an understatement. From the outset they were professional, friendly and honest in their views. Throughout the whole process their knowledge of the current marketplace shone like a beacon. It should have come as no surprise that there were five viewings within 24hrs. and that two of those made an offer on the property. A substantial number of viewings had to be cancelled as we had accepted one of the first two offers.The sale has now completed. I can't recommend Home Estate Agents enough! Before coming to Home I had had my house up with two other local agents for over 2 years.
